Creating a Watchlist in Handy Trader

This tutorial will demonstrate how to create and edit a watchlist in Handy Trader.

To edit or create a new watchlist you will want to click on the Watchlists Menu button.

By default, you will have a Favorites Watchlist prepopulated. If you would like to add a different watchlist you can click on the New List button at the top of the watchlist. You can then create a new watchlist name.

We will use the Favorites watchlist in this example. If you would like to edit the watchlist you can click on the Edit button on the top right-hand side. If you would like to remove any of the prepopulated symbols you can tap the red minus sign to delete the symbol from the Favorites Watchlist.

If you would like then add a new watchlist you can tap the plus sign located at the bottom of the screen. From there you can search a new symbol and then tap the search button on your keyboard. In this example, we will add Apple, symbol AAPL to the watchlist.

Once you type in the symbol and tap search, you will then want to select the appropriate product and exchange you want to trade on. If you are approved to trade other products or in other countries, you may see other products and exchanges under the drop-down menu. Please make sure you select the appropriate product any exchange. In this example, we will select AAPL on the NASDAQ and select Stock.

If you would like to add new symbols you can do that by tapping the plus sign. If you want to move any of the symbols around you can tap the move button on the right-hand side of the symbol and drag the symbol to any areas on the watchlist. You can then click done.
