Complete the following steps:

1. Log in to Client Portal and click on the Bell Icon on the top left corner.

2. In the pop up window, select Pending Items.

3. Select Confirm Account and enter the two small test deposits from your bank account and click Continue. you can submit a transfer.

4. Once your bank account is confirmed, you can submit a transfer. For instructions, visit “How to deposit via ACH initiated by Us”.
